BROW BIBLE- BROW ARCHITECTURE, HIGHLIGHTER/ CONCEALER PENCIL

The duo pencil is used to sculpt under the brows and highlight. Using our fine brush, apply some highlighter in a thin crisp line directly where the brow line sits, following up to the arch and down the tail of the brow. Ensure to blend the line so it is still noticeable yet seamless.
